Cam 1: Trosolwg o weithgaredd ar gyfer rhieni, gofalwyr a disgyblion
Byddwch yn adolygu ac adnabod y 5 synnwyr cyn mynd ati i gwblhau helfa synhwyrau. You will revise and recognise the 5 senses before going ahead and completing a senses hunt.

Cam 3: Tasgau i’w cyflawni ar gyfer y gweithgaredd hwn
- Cwblhau’r helfa synhwyrau, gallwch wneud hyn tu fewn neu du allan ar wâc neu yn eich gardd. Gallwch wneud hyn ar bapur plaen neu ddefnyddio’r daflen isod. Complete the senses hunt; this can be done inside or outside, on a walk or in the garden. It can be completed on plain paper or on the worksheet below.

Ar ôl i chi gwblhau’r dasg gallwch anfon e-bost at unrhyw beth rydych chi’n ei greu (lluniau, dogfennau, sgrinluniau ac ati) yn uniongyrchol i’ch athro neu ei uwchlwytho’n uniongyrchol i unrhyw un o’r lleoedd sydd ar gael yng Ngham 5.
Cam 4: Ymestyn a gweithgareddau / heriau dilynol (dewisol)
Gallwch greu helfa synhwyrau a gweithgaredd datrys problem i aelod arall o’r teulu. Hynny yw, rhowch gyfarwyddiadau iddynt i leoliad penodol e.e. y gegin. Dewiswch wrthrych penodol e.e. cacen a rhowch restr o gliwiau iddynt gan ddefnyddio eich synhwyrau i weld os maent yn gallu dyfalu beth yw’r gwrthrych. Gallwch ail-adrodd y gweithgaredd drosodd a throsodd fel y dymunir yn gwahanol lefydd gan ddefnyddio gwrthrych gwahanol i ddisgrifio pob tro.
You can create a senses hunt and a problem-solving activity for a member of your family. That is, give them a set of instructions to a certain place in the house e.g. the kitchen. Choose a specific object e.g. a cake and give them a list of clues using your senses to see if they can guess the object. Repeat this as many times as you like in different places in the house, using a different object to describe each time.
