Cam 1: Trosolwg o weithgaredd ar gyfer rhieni, gofalwyr a disgyblion
Mae’r gweithgaredd yma yn annog eich plentyn i feddwl am y gwahanol deimladau ac emosiynau maen nhw’n gyfarwydd gyda, e.e. hapus, trist, grac, ofnus ac ati.
This activity encourages your child to think about their different feelings and emotions that they are familiar with, for example, happy, sad, angry, scared etc.
Cam 2: Cyflwyniad i’r gweithgaredd a gwybodaeth ychwanegol
Mae’r gweithgaredd yma yn gofyn i’ch plentyn i greu cyfres o bosteri sy’n trafod pob teimlad ac emosiwn gan ystyried beth sy’n achosi’r gwahanol emosiynau ac yna sut i ddelio gyda’r teimladau yma.Gwrandewch ar y can isod sy’n trafod y gwahanol emosiynau ac ystyriwch beth sy’n hala chi i deimlo’n hapus, trist, grac, ofnus a sut ydych chi’n delio gyda hwn (e.e. siarad gyda ffrind).
This activity asks your child to create a series of different posters which talks about their different emotions whilst considering the causes of each feeling and how to cope and/or deal with this feeling.
Watch the video clip of a song about feelings below and consider what makes you feel happy, sad, angry and/or scared and how you cope with this, for example talking to your friends.

To complete this activity, please follow the steps below:
- Gwyliwch y gân am deimladau a thrafodwch beth sy’n eich gwneud chi’n hapus, trist ayyb. / Watch the video clip of the song and discuss what makes you happy, sad etc.
- Ar ddarnau o bapur, darluniwch luniau o’ch hunain yn dangos pob teimlad, hynny yw, llun ohonoch yn hapus, trist ac ati / On pieces of paper draw a picture of yourself showing you happy, sad, angry etc.
- Gydag un lliw, tynnwch luniau o beth sy’n hala chi i deimlo fel hyn a gyda lliw arall, tynnwch luniau o beth allwch chi wneud pan rwyt yn teimlo hwn / With one colour draw what makes you feel this emotion, and with another colour draw what can make you feel better or what you do when you feel this emotion.
- Er enghraifft, os wyt ti wedi llunio llun wyneb crac, gyda phen glas lluniwch bethau fel tegan wedi ei thorri ac yna gyda phen porffor lluniwch lun ohonoch chi’n cael cwtsh gyda ffrind i hala chi’n teimlo’n well. / For example, if you’ve drawn an angry face, with the blue pen you would draw a broken toy and with a purple pen you would draw you hugging a friend to make you feel better.
- Tynnwch ffotograff o’ch gwaith bendigedig ac anfonwch i’ch athro/athrawes, mwynhewch! / Photograph your amazing drawings and send to your teacher, have fun!
Ar ôl i chi gwblhau’r dasg gallwch anfon e-bost at unrhyw beth rydych chi’n ei greu (lluniau, dogfennau, sgrinluniau ac ati) yn uniongyrchol i’ch athro neu ei uwchlwytho’n uniongyrchol i unrhyw un o’r lleoedd sydd ar gael yng Ngham 4.
