  • To be able to talk about animals on the farm.
  • To be able to count 1 – 10.

In this activity there are two videos (approximately eight minutes in total) for your child to watch. The activities can be completed offline and on different days.

Where do tractors work?

What kind of work do tractors do?

How many animals that live on a farm can you name?

 

Step 3: Tasks to carry out for this activity

Activity 1: Counting 1 – 10

 Join in and count with the animals on the farm on the link below:

 

Write as many numbers 1 -10 on paper as you know.

Activity 2:

 Draw and attempt to write the name of one of the animals counting in the video above:

  • pig
  • cow
  • duck

Once you have completed the task you can email anything you create (photos, documents, screenshots etc.) directly to your teacher or directly upload it to any of the available places in Step 5.

 

Step 4: Look over the success criteria for this activity:

Success criteria #1:  I can talk about tractors.

Success criteria #2:  I can name some animals that live on a farm.

Success criteria #3:  I can count 1 – 10.
