Start by watching the video on habitats on the link below:
Think about the following questions:
- What are some of the ways we can improve the environment for animals?
- What are some of the things humans do to damage the environment?
On your next walk, if it’s safe to do so, think about ways to improve habitats, such as litter picking, leaving wild flowers to grow and sticking to footpaths.
Step 3: Tasks to carry out for this activity
Activity 1: Information writing
- Think about the following questions:
- What are some of the ways we can improve the environment for animals?
- What are some of the things humans do to damage the environment?
- Write about how you think people can protect habitats across the World.
- Remember your audience, capital letters and full stops.
Once you have completed the task you can email anything you create (photos, documents, screenshots etc.) directly to your teacher or directly upload it to any of the available places in Step 5.
